Welcome to A to Z Pest Control Bengaluru (hereinafter referred to as “ATOZ” or “we”). By using our website, services, or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Definitions

– “Services” refers to pest control services, including but not limited to, inspection, treatment, and prevention of pests.
– “Products” refers to any goods or materials used in the provision of Services.
– “Customer” refers to the person or entity receiving Services or Products from PCB.
– “Premises” refers to the location where Services will be performed.

2. Service Terms

– ATOZ will provide Services to the Customer in accordance with the agreed-upon scope of work.
– ATOZ reserves the right to modify or cancel Services if circumstances beyond our control prevent us from performing them.
– The Customer must provide access to the Premises where Services will be performed.
– The Customer must ensure that the Premises are safe and free from hazards.
– Money Back or Refund is valid for first 30 days Only.

3. Payment Terms

– Payment is 50% Advance of Services, and balance after completion. Or agreed upon.
– ATOZ accepts various payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers.
– Late payments may incur additional fees.
– The Customer is responsible for any bank charges or fees associated with payment.

4. Product Terms

– Products are sold “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
– ATOZ reserves the right to modify or discontinue Products without notice.
– The Customer assumes all risks associated with the use of Products.

5. Liability

– ATOZ is not liable for damages or losses resulting from our Services or Products, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
– The Customer assumes all risks associated with our Services and Products.
– ATOZ is not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

– ATOZ disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
– The Customer acknowledges that they have not relied on any representations or warranties made by ATOZ.

7. Indemnification

– The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold ATOZ harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from our Services or Products.
– The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold PCB harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Customer’s breach of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Governing Law

– These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
– Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in accordance with the laws of India.

9. Dispute Resolution

– Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
– The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator appointed by ATOZ.
– The arbitration will be held in Bengaluru, India.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

– ATOZ reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without notice.
– The Customer agrees to review these Terms and Conditions regularly for changes.

12. Severability

– These Terms and Conditions supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.
